Documentary artist Kate Kunath kindly allowed us to document her Roman coin -esque profile and piecey short haircut by Shaun SureThing. Kate is co-director and producer of The Starlite Project (We Came To Sweat), an upcoming documentary about Brooklyn’s legendary, recently shuttered Starlite, the beloved Crown Heights bar that was the oldest black-owned queer space in the country.
